Annotation:

Penconazole is a fungicide widely used in agriculture to control fungal diseases in various crops. Its efficacy, safety, and environmental impact have made it a popular choice among farmers. The main goal of the present study was to study a separation of enantiomers of penconazole in high-performance liquid chromatography by using polysaccharide-based chiral columns. In this study, we investigated the enantiomers of penconazole with mass spectrometer-compatible mobile phases. Based on the obtained results, we made some conclusions about the influence of the mobile phase on the retention and separation of penconazole enantiomers on chiral selectors of polysaccharide nature.
