The peper presents "The Great tome of the Province of Gurjistan". Initially, we studied the territory of Gurjistan vilayet, as the largest administrative-territorial unit conquered by the Ottomans, which was located in the southern part of Georgia. Also, a unique manuscript dated 1595, which includes the most important material, was studied. specifically, we considered each inhabited or uninhabited geographical object, processed the taxes in the ledger in detail and classified them. As a result of the research, In the process of research, we studied the taxes, that were directly related to Christianity. For example, taxes on pig, isfenji, Murakhasie and vineyard. As a result of processing information and creating a geodata base, we determined the geography of their distribution according to the "Great Book of the Province of Gurjistan" (1595).
