Vocational education can play an important role in the socio-economic development of the country, as well as in reducing poverty. Quality vocational education contributes to the sustainable and inclusive development of the economy, reducing unemployment, decent employment, "green" transformation and the well-being of the population.Vocational education is one of the most dynamic and changing directions in the education system. Dynamism and variability are influenced by labor market trends and demands that change rapidly and adapt to the needs of the economy. Vocational education has a number of interested parties: the state sector, the private sector, the adult community wishing to receive vocational education. In other words, professional education covers the interests and needs of all layers of society. It should be noted that, according to the assessment of the last 5-7 years, the demand for vocational schools has increased significantly from the customer's side. Especially for such programs as: pharmacy, nursing, information technology, financial services and others. Precisely, for the better coordination of professional education, with the support of the United Nations program and the Swiss government,In April 2021, the Vocational Skills Agency was established. Its priority direction is to identify and prepare relevant programs for the labor market, and then to promote the employment of persons trained by this program.
